Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan

When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

Excellent Location and easy walking distance to the main square - Galaria - Via Monte Napoleone- and then in the other direction to the local barios - lovely cafe and bar for snacks lunch and dinner. Lovely breakfast Very nice spa with a good size steam and sauna room. Like that we had a great bathroom with a very large shower and a bidet. Rooms are quiet and curtains prevent light from seeping through. All in all we will come back if we can’t find a better deal and quality.

Everything specially the friendly staff in the front desk Mr. Enrico and Mrs. Giulia who were super helpful offering guidance in everything. Also Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Naji were around whenever we needed help. And the staff at the breakfast were so neat and fast serving and helping us. I don’t forget to mention how clean and comfy our room was on the third floor.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. I travel to Milano once a year and my usual hotel was fully booked so I gave this a go. It’s possibly the best hotel in Milano right now. All of the staff go out of their way to help and ensure you have an exceptional stay. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious along with the drinks. The room was of the highest quality. Don’t forget to use the SPA services - what a relaxing massage from Alessandra. Grazie tanto tutti ancora! I will see you next year for sure.

Absolutely luxurious hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The coffee was delicious. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was super clean. Very recommended.
